Fallout 3 – You are S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

SPECIAL stands for Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and Luck. These 7 stats determine your basic capabilities and how well you can perform. They are designated early in the game, when you use the “You are Special” book.

At the start of the game, players will be allowed to distribute a total of 40 points across these 7 character attributes.
